Missionary Man

Can I just tell you, I absolutely adore this young missionary! I have only met him one other time, at his family sitting, but holy cow, I am impressed.

He was called to serve an LDS mission to Puerto Rico. He was leaving for the MTC the very next day, and was as cool as a cucumber! (does anyone still use that saying?) :) I have taken pictures of other missionaries and they usually don't want to be there-anywhere but taking pictures. But not Shawn, he was very pleasant to work with and was up to anything! The thing that impressed me the very most was how he treated his mother. The love he has for this amazing woman is very strong, even a stranger can see. I know that they will miss each other deeply! Hopefully these pictures of her cute missionary will help her when the distance is too hard to handle.

Good luck, Shawn! The people of Puerto Rico are very lucky to have you as their friend!
