This is one of the cutest families ever!! I had so much fun taking their pictures!
When we started the sitting it was a little windy and the clouds were moving fast and way to close for comfort! By the time we finished our first pose, the wind was blowing so hard that I knew at any minute I would be taking pictures of Dorothy, the Scarecrow and the Cowardly Lion! It got so bad that we started calling their dog "Toto". :)
This is where it got fun! Most families would have been running for the nearest dry spot. Not this family! They were in it for the long haul! They got out their umbrellas and on we went! They were so patient with the wind and rain! They would just "perm-a-grin" and I stood there with my camera to my face, just waiting for the wind to stop blowing their hair in their faces! I think the pictures turned out great! I love the umbrellas and the falling rain-what fun!!! Not to mention the sky! Not very often do you get this kind of dark, amazing sky in pictures!
Thanks guys for making what could have been a bad situation into a GREAT one! This sitting will for sure go down as one of my favorites!
Get nice and comfy-there are a lot of cute pictures coming up! (Sorry, I am very indecisive!!!)
This last one was one of my favorites! The two oldest kids brought their girl/boy friends(both were stinking cute, by the way). So it was fun to get ALL the die-hards together! It was pouring down rain and they all snuggled up for one last group picture! I am pretty sure it is illegal to have this many gorgeous people in one picture- but I'll take the ticket!! :)
More of the couple pictures coming! I decided to do a separate post on those!
